Welcome to my veggie garden!

My neighbour said to me the other day: “You are a Doctor of Agriculture, not just an MD!” – He is half right.

I am not a professional farmer, but just someone who has a great passion in the vegetable gardening amongst the busy life.

I may not provide you the perfect way in vegetable planting, but I would like to share with you my research, experience, lessons and tricks in planting them within my limited hours.

There are currently five categories on this blog:

1. News – news and events.

2. Planting reminders – Monthly information on when to grow what vegetable in Canberra.

3. Tips – Tips on vegetable growing in Canberra from books, internet and experience.

4. What’s ready? – Photos and descriptions on the vegetable that is ready to harvest.

5. What’s wrong? – Problems, puzzles and solutions on vegetable planting.
